We do not offer on-demand personal courier services to the general public.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, regulatory inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • We assume no liability for loss or damage to items improperly packaged, mislabeled, or prohibited under applicable laws.

  • Our responsibility ends upon confirmed delivery to the recipient or designated drop-off location.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all shipments are packaged and labeled in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.

  • Providing accurate pickup and delivery details, including contact information.

  • Notifying Nexus Rapid in advance of any hazardous materials requiring special handling.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • All pickups must be scheduled through our online portal or via approved account representatives.

  • Cancellations require at least 2 hours' notice to avoid service charges.

7. Payment and Invoicing

  • All accounts are billed according to the terms set in the service agreement.

  • Late payments may incur service suspension and/or late fees.

8. Use of Website
